Fundraising for the Band Program
Fundraising is critical to the success and growth of the Henry County High School Band Program. It is also an excellent opportunity for members to connect with and serve their community! As a program, we strive to offer the best fundraising products & events.The monies raised ensure that the Band Program is equipped to "keep the show on the road"! In recent years, Georgia Freestone Peaches, Butter Braids, Scentsy, & citrus fruits have been sold. Students participate in the annual Election Day BBQ Drive-thru, summertime car washes, football program sales, Helping Hands and hosting the band's Spring Dancin' & Desserts evening of Jazz.
Band membership means spending countless hours rehearsing, competing, spurring on our State Champ Football and Basketball teams . . . and fundraising! The Band Program raises over 97% of their operation expenses ANNUALLY! And that is done by the band membership, HCHS students, and Band Boosters.
